Growth coaching.
Like growth in nature, personal growth is an unfolding process that occurs over time. Within a growth coaching relationship, we will create the conditions for life-changing growth through regular growth-oriented conversations, self-reflection, and practices.
Initially, we will spend time clarifying your goals, why they matter to you, and uncovering what prevents you from moving toward them. Next, we will begin fostering a relationship of curiosity and self-understanding. This allows us to identify new practices to experiment with each week. As you deepen in self-awareness, you will begin to access your innate creativity and resourcefulness to meet the problems you are facing, allowing new possibilities for the present and future to emerge.

We will be clear on what matters to you so we can move boldly in that direction and track motion against it through our coaching engagement.
Clarifying goals.
We’ll use guided regular conversations to notice the way that you are currently responding to the situation unconsciously, and we’ll get to know these parts of yourself better.
Weekly conversations.
We’ll invite change and deepening relationship with yourself through smallshifts, reflections, and practices in your daily life.
Practice + experiments.
Coaching engagements.
We will always start with a free introductory call. Together we will clarify how growth work could benefit you in achieving your dreams. This fresh clarity can already be life-changing, and the choice to continue working together will be entirely yours.
When there is a mutual agreement to move forward, we will determine an initial engagement. While these typically involve meeting weekly or bi-weekly for a few months, what is most important is that you are fully committed to your growth and that we both feel the engagement is a great match for your goals. Once you are ready to move ahead and make an initial payment, we will begin!
After initial engagements, we may extend the engagement or move to ad-hoc check-ins.
